Order Processing Times

Your order will be on its way within 1-3 business days after you place it. "Dispatched" means we've handed it over to our shipping partner, and it's en route to you. During busy seasons like holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for us to get your order shipped.

Once dispatched, the time it takes for your package to reach you depends largely on where you live. Here's a quick guide to how long it might take based on your country:

Remember, during busy times, shipping might take a bit longer due to factors beyond our control, like courier delays or customs hold-ups for international orders.

Order Changes and Shipping Details

Make sure your shipping info is correct when you check out to avoid delays. If we spot a problem with your address, we'll email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don't hear back within that timeframe, we might have to cancel your order.

Caught a mistake in your shipping details? Email us at sales@elixza.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to make changes, but we can't promise anything after that 24-hour window.

Delayed Delivery

We get it – waiting for your order can be tough. We're committed to shipping fast, but sometimes delays happen, like bad weather or courier issues. If there's a hiccup with your order, like a stock issue or payment problem, we'll let you know ASAP.

Please understand that Elixza isn't responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors. While we can't guarantee delivery dates, we'll always keep you in the loop and help however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Losing a package is frustrating. If it happens, contact us at sales@elixza.com, and we'll work with you and the courier to try and track it down. While Elixza can't be held responsible for packages once they're with the courier, we're here to support you through the claims process or discuss replacement options based on the situation.
